Today, we turned the rams into the ewes, who are now at home on the Red Desert. A sheep's gestation period is five months less five days, so turning the bucks out on December 13th means that we start lambing in earnest on May 8th. As usual, we had a few "adventures" including a flat tire on Modesto's sheep wagon.
