Song For The Past

the old song 1200.jpg
Lee Nelson was a friend who lived at a mine site overlooking the small town of Denio, Nevada. Denio has a population of between 60-100 people. It is where our three boys went to grade school, and it is the community that we have called home, even though it is 25 miles from our ranch.
At one point in my photographic career I worked with Patagonia Catalog finding models that would likely wear their clothing. The plaid shirt is one of their items, and Lee was kind enough to model.
