Dinner on Dry Creek

Perhaps not for the squeamish, this trio rolled out from under a bush in the garden to provide a good hour of educational entertainment while we barbecued for our dove hunting friends.

John - As a wildlife biologist this is a great shot. who won? How are you doing? I am alive and well working as the wildlife biologist for EBMUD here in Lodi. We live in Sacramento. Our son James just turned 13. Heidi and I have been living in Sacramento now for 10 years. James came into our life in 1998. Lots more. Glad to see this. I visited with Paul Z., when he was here a while back as part of a lecture series at a local community college. Hope to visit more. Cheers - Kent

Robbin and John,

Amazing sequence of images to add to an incredible body of work that you all are producing. I have been thoroughly enjoying all that you have been sharing with us, and glad to see that Robbin is taking to writing poetry. Very nice.

I'm so sorry to read of the loss of your friend. Your photos and writing are quite a testimony to the good work he did while in your country. Hugs.

Hi Robbin and John,
I've been scrolling through your blog and it is so interesting and the photos, Robbin are incredible. You are such a good photographer. I've been thinking of you during this cold weather, I am sorry to hear about all the losses in the orchards. It is snowing her in southern NM, we expect 2 days of it. I'll keep visiting the blog. Robbin, do you have an e-mail?
Love - Judy
