All You Need To Know About Ticketed Shows, Four-Day Deluxe Passes and Single Day Passes

"Ticketed" programs and workshops are sold separately from the majority of performances that take place during the three busiest days of the Gathering - Thursday, February 2 through Saturday, February 4, 2012. During these days, performances run concurrently on several different stages during the day. With the purchase of a three-day Deluxe Pass or a Day Pass, you can see dozens of top-notch performances. Purchasing additional ticketed shows guarantees you a seat at evening performances, which are some of the most exciting and sought-after shows.

A three-day Deluxe Pass provides admission to all "non-ticketed" sessions during this three-day period. Single Day Passes will be available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

If purchased prior to December 22, 2011, a three-day Deluxe Pass is $60 and includes the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering program book. After December 22, the cost increases to $75. If not purchased as a part of a Deluxe Pass, the program book sold for $6.00.

If you bring two people to the 2012 National Cowboy Poetry Gathering who have never attended before, we will give you a free three-day Deluxe Pass good for all non-ticketed daytime shows, February 2-4. That’s a $60 value! If you bring four new attendees to the Gathering, we’ll give you two free Deluxe Passes (limit two). A single Day Pass for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 2-4 are $25 for each day. Children under 12 are admitted free to non-ticketed daytime events.
