At the Western Folklife Center we celebrate the artistic and cultural expression of the people who live in the American West. As a member of the Western Folklife Center, you belong to a family of people inspired by and devoted to the West and its cultural life. You are joining not just an organization, but a community of folks who love this region and are committed to ensuring that it remains the culturally rich and vital place where they have found a physical or spiritual home.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on income from memberships as well as from donations and grants to keep us in business. Without the contributions of our members, the Western Folklife Center would not be able to provide the programs and experiences you value. Your contribution helps us preserve the cultural traditions of the American West by supporting the documentation and presentation of these art forms. Membership Levels:
Friend Member - $40 – Membership benefits plus one ticket to a Members’ Show at the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering. Members can purchase up to two tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Family/Dual Member - $75 – Membership benefits plus two tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show. Members can purchase up to four tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Patron Member - $100 – Membership benefits plus three tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show. Members can purchase up to six tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Contributor Member - $150 – Membership benefits plus four tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show. Members can purchase up to eight tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Supporter Member - $250 – Membership benefits plus four tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show and an unframed poster. Members can purchase unlimited tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Partner Member - $500 – Membership benefits plus six tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show, an unframed poster and a gift package. Members can purchase unlimited tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Donor Member - $1,000 – Membership benefits plus eight tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show, an unframed poster and a gift package. Members can purchase unlimited tickets for each show at the Gathering.
Benefactor Member - $1,500 Membership benefits plus eight tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show, purchase of unlimited tickets for each show at the Gathering, a framed poster and a gift package. Year-round pass to all Western Folklife Center events (excludes Gathering).
Sustainer Member - $3,000 – Membership benefits plus ten tickets to a National Cowboy Poetry Gathering Members’ Show, purchase of unlimited tickets for each show at the Gathering, a signed and framed poster and a gift package. Year-round pass to all Western Folklife Center events (excludes Gathering).
