Business sponsorship levels All Sponsors receive: mention of their sponsorship in the program book and other materials; a sponsor card with stand for display at place of business; a sponsor badge to wear at the Gathering; and an invitation to the members-only exhibition opening reception at the Western Folklife Center during the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering.

New for 2012:

Sponsors at the $750 level and above will receive a special two-sided "sponsor" poster to put up in their front windows;

Sponsors at the $1,000 level and above will be listed in a "Thank You" advertisement in the Elko Daily Free Press newspaper.

In addition to the above list, sponsors receive guest passes, tickets and other benefits according to their funding level:

Silver Star Sponsor $25,000 ~ Businesses that support the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering at this level will receive a special package of benefits to include all of those available at the $15,000 level plus the following:

• Sponsorship of a special evening event, incuding announcement before the event as well as signage at the show and mention in the schedule;
• Preferred seating at sponsored event;
• Full page black and white advertisement in the Gathering program book, which is distributed to approximately 4,000 people at the event;
• Logo on banners in lobby of Western Folklife Center and Elko Convention Center, and primary logo placement on the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering website;
• Permission to use the phrase "A Silver Star Sponsor of the 28th National Cowboy Poetry Gathering" in print and broadcast;
• On-stage personal introduction of company officer during sponsored show.

$10,000 ~ 12 Deluxe Passes; named as special evening event sponsor, including announcement during the event; 6 tickets to the sponsored event; 28th National Cowboy Poetry Gathering poster; listing and hot link with logo on the Western Folklife Center website; placement on the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering map in the lobby of the Western Folklife Center; special two-sided "sponsor" window poster; listing in a "Thank You" advertisement in the Elko Daily Free Press.

Deluxe Guest Passes entitle the bearer to a program book with collectible pin and  admittance to all daytime, non-ticketed events during the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering.
