Whether you’re local to Elko or from out of town, we have a volunteer opportunity for you.

Year-round, volunteers help at special events, distribute flyers, assist in the office, and guide tours of our exhibits.

During the National Cowboy Poetry Gathering, volunteers lend a hand with just about everything, from taking tickets to creating stages to helping guests and artists. And much more! By volunteering, you contribute directly to our mission and support rural culture. Plus, it’s a great way to connect with fellow Gathering-goers. Opportunities are available the week of the Gathering (and even earlier!).
